Waking at just gone 6am, It was time for a morning stroll at 7am, followed by a huge and delicious breakfast spread! The first scheduled activity was crafts and I made this lovely journal-
Little Miss Meat Free was not very well so later on we had an impromptu talk about vegan athletes then the speaker showed us his beat boxing skills. For lunch we had amazing spaghetti courtesy of Suma and Frys then topped with Nooch and Sheese.
After some free time playing Cards Against Humanity in my room it was time to head back over to the main room for a workshop making skin care products with Heavenly Organics! I made dry shampoo, a clay face-mask, hand-cream, facial oil, facial scrub and a lip balm, It was really great to do this as I love both Heavenly Organics products and making things! All ingredients were natural so very suited to my sensitive skin.
At dinner we had pizza, served 2 at a time, I managed to snaffle 6 slices, garden salad and some potato salad, so thanks Violife for providing the pizza cheese.
At 7pm the most dedicated of the leaders managed to get the campfire started despite the dodgy weather giving us rain! Some campers brought guitars so we had a lovely chill by the warmth of the fire whilst making Anandas smores. Then for the quiz night; my team District 5 lost, coming 2nd but that was fine as its not all about winning (It is though, It really is)
Then it was time for bed once again, eagerly awaiting day 2/3!
