Tea Time Collective in Hulme is one of my favourite places to eat in Manchester. It is an Ice Cream Parlour and Cafe as well as being a variety of other things. A real hidden gem in a shipping container! It also operates catering stands at festivals, vegan fairs and other events in the North West.
They open in the evenings for fine dining on special occasions and for private hire. I enjoyed a delicious 3 courses at Vegan Manchester’s Christmas meal here. You can book it for your own occasion too at around £16- 25 per person. They also do wholesale cakes for Village Greens. Prestwich and Indulge, Levenshulme including delicious flavours such as Oreo and Salted Caramel (I have also had their yummy oreo cake when at an event). Buffet catering for parties and Celebration Cakes are available to order.
The day menu includes homemade ice cream and burgers and a variety of other options, including breakfasts, sandwiches and gluten free choices. A nice mixture of mock meat and more natural options too, i.e. choices such as ‘cheese’ and steak baguettes sit alongside avocado and tomato, so whatever your preference there is plenty of choice.
